Members ask for things that cannot wait: a gift for the host in Aspen, a suit pressed and on board, a favourite wine for the cabin. You find it, buy it, check it and get it to the aircraft or the door on time.
What you will do
- Source and purchase gifts, fashion, provisions and special items on request
- Build relationships with Toronto boutiques, galleries, wine merchants and specialty stores
- Coordinate delivery to homes, hotels and aircraft with the concierge and flight teams
- Track budgets, receipts and member preferences accurately
What you bring
- Experience in luxury retail, styling, personal shopping or concierge service
- Excellent taste, judgment and attention to detail
- Comfort handling purchases on a client's behalf with full transparency
- Flexible schedule, including some evenings and weekends
- Legally entitled to work in Canada
Nice to have
- A valid driver's licence
- Knowledge of wine, fashion or art
