Client Concierge
Be the trusted point of contact for Melion members in Toronto: plan their trips, remember their preferences and arrange everything around the flight.

Our concierges know each member by name. You plan journeys from request to landing, learn how every member likes to travel and quietly repeat it on the next trip: the restaurant they order from, the car waiting on the ramp, the pet bed by the seat.
What you will do
- Handle member requests by phone, message and email with speed and discretion
- Plan trips end to end with the operations team: aircraft, catering, ground transport and hotels
- Keep member profiles and travel preferences up to date
- Arrange restaurant bookings, event access, gifts and special occasions
- Follow up after every flight and turn feedback into improvements
What you bring
- 3+ years in luxury hospitality, private banking service, concierge or VIP travel
- Polished communication in English, in writing and by phone
- Absolute discretion with private client information
- Flexibility for occasional evenings and weekends
- Legally entitled to work in Canada
Nice to have
- French, Portuguese, Mandarin or another language
- A personal network of Toronto restaurants, venues and suppliers
