Bartender
Create the bar experience at Melion member events, lounge evenings and private receptions in Toronto.

Melion hosts members, operators and partners at private evenings and aviation events. You run the bar: you prepare the menu, serve with warmth and precision, and make every guest feel looked after.
What you will do
- Prepare and serve cocktails, wine and spirits at member events and receptions
- Plan drink menus with the events team and manage bar stock
- Set up and close the bar to a high standard of presentation and hygiene
- Serve alcohol responsibly and follow all licensing rules
What you bring
- Valid Smart Serve Ontario certification
- 2+ years of bartending in a high-end restaurant, hotel or event setting
- Strong cocktail knowledge and a polished guest manner
- Availability for evenings and weekends
- Legally entitled to work in Canada
Nice to have
- Sommelier or WSET training
- Event or catering experience
